Flash Foxy Climbing Fest An annual three-day climbing event in Bishop, California for women and those who identify as non-binary or transgender!

2023 Flash Foxy Climbing Fest
About this Events Flash Foxy Climbing Fest
An annual three-day gathering, the 2023 Flash Foxy Climbing Festival, will unite and honour the expanding climbing community for women and genderqueer people.
This event was formerly called as the Women’s Climbing Festival from 2016 to 2019. In order to include women,
people who identify as genderqueer, and climbers of all non-dominant genders, we broadened our purpose and
altered the names of our events in 2021.
Bishop, located in the stunning Payahuunadu region of the Eastern Sierras, is home to world-class bouldering as well
as hundreds of sport and trad routes that are close by.
In addition to reaching seasoned climbers, the Flash Foxy Climbing Fest* aims to create a secure setting for new
climbers to come and explore everything that climbing has to offer.
FESTIVAL DATES: March 17–19, 2023, Friday–Sunday
* RAIN OR SHINE, THIS EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE * NO REFUNDS
The Festival offers courses and clinics in addition to panel discussions, slideshow presentations, meetings, special
lunches, movie screenings, dance parties, and more!
For updates and frequently asked questions, visit www.flashfoxy.com/climbing-fest. Workshops and clinics need
separate registration and extra payment.
Clinics cost $85 a day, while workshops cost between $10 and $35.
We invite all women and those who identify as genderqueer to attend the Flash Foxy Climbing Festival. Consent and
respect are our top concerns above all else as we work to establish and maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
Any kind of harassment—including unwelcome touch, verbal or physical abuse, body-shaming, racism, homophobia,
and transphobia—won’t be accepted.
