Presenting The Soul Picnic NC 2023 is Dynasty5. On June 3, 2023, join us at Seven Springs Farm & Vineyard for North Carolina’s Best Outdoor Day Party.

You are cordially invited to the official lawn party, which features special DJ guests, live music, wine, food trucks, vendors, games, and more! It is advised to arrive early to set up your VIP table or reserve your general admission place. Soft coolers, food, and non-alcoholic drinks are all allowed. The vineyard will not allow the use of hard coolers. Bring your own tents that are no larger than 10′ x 10′, blankets, and tailgating chairs.

Adults ages 21 and above are permitted to attend this event. No minors are permitted.

The cost of the ticket includes a $5 parking fee.

Pets are not permitted.

The goal of Soul Picnic NC 2023 is to build on the unforgettable event that we all had in 2022. Here is a list of crucial facts that will help you get ready for the day.

ENTERTAINMENT:

R&B, hip hop, jazz, and other feel-good music will be performed live on three stages by famous DJs.

SNACK TRUCKS:

We can’t invite you to a barbecue if we don’t have any food! We’re bringing back some of your favourite food vendors and introducing others. We are aiming to provide a wide variety of meal choices to accommodate practically all dietary requirements. Prepare yourself to savour some of the best cuisine that NC and its surroundings have to offer.

VENDORS:

Visit our vendor partners to purchase high-quality goods and services that support regional companies. We have everything you need, including the trendiest graphic t-shirts, cigars, and health & beauty products. There will be some of your favourite vendor partners from last year as well as some new ones, all waiting to assist you!

AREA OF TASTING:

Cool yourself inside while enjoying some of Seven Springs Farm & Vineyard’s best wines. Our event is held at this family-owned farm and winery for the second consecutive year. Come in and meet the family who will make you feel at home.

THE SETUP:

Bring a unique picnic of your own. You are permitted to bring soft coolers or picnic baskets filled with prepared food and non-alcoholic drinks. The vineyard will not permit the use of hard coolers. Outside alcohol consumption is not permitted. To make sure we follow this regulation, all baskets are open to search. You may choose from a variety of wines at Seven Springs Farm & Vineyard.

The tent city

The ideal pop-up, hangout, and recreation space with an HBCU Homecoming ambiance. You are the curator! Bring your own 10′ x 10′ tent and tailgating chairs to create your own little Soul Picnic haven. You must use your own weights and posts to anchor tents.

The grass:

Did not book a table or area for a VIP? Not to worry! To enjoy the spacious vineyard grass, spread out your blankets or bring your lawn chairs. Bring your chairs and a tent for tent city with you as well!

VIP TEARS:

All VIP seating is eligible to participate in our “Decorate Your Table” contest and win prizes. Both covered and uncovered VIP seating choices are offered. The only seats available for these premium seatings are those indicated in your reservation. The VIP sitting area will not accept tailgating chairs. You are not allowed to place any extra covering if you book an uncovered seating. To guarantee that everyone can benefit from their premium experience, we want to make sure the views are kept available.

PICK-UP OF WRISTBAND:

All tickets are redeemable via an early Will Call window. After each Eventbrite ticket purchase, a confirmation email with an electronic ticket is sent. To speed up your admittance into the Soul Picnic, we strongly advise taking advantage of the early will-call pickup option. Keep an eye out for further details about Early Will Call hours, places, and dates.

PARKING:

The gates open at noon. Each ticket is $5.00, which also covers the cost of parking. All ticket holders may park on-site with plenty of space. Arriving early is advised.
