Is an ID or a certain age required to attend the event?

This is an over-21  Annual Wine on the River Festival for adults only; IDs will be requested to establish age, and all adults will be properly labelled as attendees and participants.

What are my transit and parking options to and from the event?

The parking at an event is customised to the event. Further instructions can be found in your ticket.

What should I do?

We are glad to offer our guests preferential pricing from our hotel partners.

Is it possible to transfer my registration money or ticket?

Registration fees and tickets are both transferable.

Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration does not correspond to the person who attends?

We recognise that a single individual may purchase numerous tickets; nevertheless, all attendees must be 21 or older. Tickets and registration costs are transferable. The name on the ticket does not have to match the name on the ticket

What is the refund policy?

We regret that there are no refunds for this event, which is similar to a concert or athletic event/concert. There is an exception if you have been exposed to or are displaying signs of COVID-19.

Do I need to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, you may get your emailed ticket electronically on your mobile device or using Annual Wine on the River page

Is it possible to transfer my registration money or ticket?

Registration fees and tickets are both transferable.

Is it OK if the name on my ticket or registration does not correspond to the person who attends?

Can I bring my kids or my pets?

Children and dogs are not permitted to attend any festival events. This is an over-21 Annual Wine on the River for adults only. Infants in strollers or backpacks are subject to this restriction.
