On Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 6:00 PM, we will be celebrating the 12th anniversary of Brisket King(R) NYC outside at Pig Beach BBQ Queens in Astoria, New York City (5pm VIP and guests)..
We’re at our friends’ larger, new location at Pig Beach Barbecue.
The all-inclusive event will include craft beer, hard cider wine, and spirits in addition to 20 chefs and pitmasters cooking the juiciest brisket you can find. Rain or shine, this event will be held outside. Expect the same variety of chefs and dishes from previous Brisket King(R) events, only this time they’ll be outside in Astoria, New York City.
Stay for the informal afterparty at Pig Beach and take advantage of the food and drink there after the awards are given out (not included in admission price).
We are appreciative of our venue host Pig Beach as well as our 501c3 community partner, Friends of Firefighters. The Jeff Michner Foundation will get a percentage of the net earnings. To help Food Karma Projects and ensure that future events can take place, kindly purchase your tickets in advance.

It’s time to begin the annual Triple Crown of NYC BBQ events with Food Karma NYC!
For year-round tasting events, Food Karma Projects brings together local and regional chefs, pitmasters, distillers, brewers, and other artisan artisans. The Triple Crown of NYC BBQ, including fan favourites Brisket King (R), Rib King NYC, and Pig Island NYC, are delectable mainstays of the NYC barbecue scene.

VIP Tickets ($85 + fee) come with an all-inclusive ticket, 5:00 PM early entry so you can sample the brisket and meet the chefs before general admission guests arrive, as well as a special Brisket King t-shirt.
Ten all-inclusive tickets, reserved seating, early entry at 5:00 PM for a chance to speak with the pitmasters and get the first taste of the brisket, as well as Brisket King t-shirts, are all included in the VIP Tables ($750).
For a limited time only, through March 30th, Early Bird Tickets ($55 + fee) include an all-inclusive food and drink ticket at a discounted price for 6:00 PM general admission.
With 6:00 PM entrance, General Admission ($65 + charge) includes an all-inclusive meal and drink ticket.
(April 1 – April 26, the night of the event.)
Two VIP tickets with 5:00 PM admission and two Brisket King(R) t-shirts are included in the VIP Holiday Bundle ($160 + fee).
