1)Where do I pick up the tickets I just bought?

Attendees may pick up their wristbands and confirmation emails at Will-Call in the Westin Hotel lobby between the hours of 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. on December 30 and 11 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. on December 31.

2) Is it necessary for me to carry my printed ticket with me to the event?

Instead, get your wristband from Will-Call, which is situated in the Westin’s main lobby.

3), how do refunds work?

There are NO REFUNDS under any circumstance. (Except if it’s been cancelled.)

4)What do “General Admission” tickets include, number four?

All of the event’s comedy acts and party areas are open to anyone who purchase general admission. Drinks may be bought at the cash bars. breakfast buffet and open bar reservations are NOT included.

5) What perks do “VIP Access” tickets include?

Open bars from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. are included for VIP attendees, as are access to all comedy acts in the event’s party rooms. NO RESERVED SEATS or FREE BREAKFAST INCLUDED.

6. What do you get when you buy a “Reserved Table”?

A bottle of champagne and 10 VIP seats in the protected, secured VIP area of the venue are included in the price of a Reserved Table. The event’s comedy acts and open bars will be available from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m.

7)Does the hotel provide a late-night buffet? Do tickets to the event have to contain it?

The Westin offers a distinct Midnight Breakfast Buffet that is both a la carte and handled in-house. No event ticket comes with access to the Midnight Breakfast Buffet.

When picking up your wristbands at Will Call, you’ll also have the option to buy tickets for the buffet.

8)Can both regular customers and VIPs drink at all of the bars?

Yes, all bars are open for business and VIP open bar service is available.

9) Is there a minimum age requirement or ID to access the event?

You must be at least 21 years old. (Security will be checking IDs.)

10) Do I need to make a room reservation at the hotel if I buy a hotel package for two?

No, you don’t need anything more; we’ve got your lodging covered and your entry to the party covered for two. On October 31, you may arrive at the hotel at any time after 1pm and check in as usual. The hotel will be notified of guests’ names and room assignments by December 20.

For No. 11: Does the accommodation rate include use of the hotel’s parking facilities?

The Westin does not provide parking for events. There will be a discounted parking cost for the event. However, using a car service like Uber or Lyft is strongly suggested.

Is there a balloon release at 12 o’clock?

There is a confetti and balloon drop at midnight and a countdown until New Year’s Eve.

Ticket sales for December 31st? 13) Can I buy tickets at the door?

If any tickets remain on December 31 at 11 a.m. at Will-Call in the Westin lobby, they will be made available for purchase. (2017’s stock was gone by December 15th)
