NYS Yoga Fest Hosted by Hikyoga
Who wants to join us as we celebrate the 2023 NYS Yoga Fest? Some even refer to it as “the happiest day of the year”; we are delighted to be able to provide it once again!
On June 3, 2023, join us at the NYS Yoga Fest in the breathtaking Letchworth State Park for a day of yoga, hiking, meditation, music, and perusing the creations of regional artists.
Let’s revitalise our spirits while doing yoga outside, learning new things, and meeting new people!
What to anticipate Yoga Main Stage Classes
From the festival’s first yoga session forward, you can feel the spirit of the neighbourhood coming together. Select your yoga courses from a range of styles taught by NYS instructors. All yoga courses will be held outdoors in the park’s breathtaking surroundings. After selecting the programmes you want to enrol in, take advantage of Upstate NY’s small-business shopping and pleasures.
This year, our lessons will be presented on the main stage in a “Come and Flow” format with fewer breaks and more dancing to celebrate! All courses on the main stage are included with every ticket.
Classes in Hikyoga
Every year, hiking and yoga lessons are top favourites, and this year, in response to your input, we’re expanding the number of Hikyoga classes we offer. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a relaxed walk and make new friends in a small group while being guided in a soothing yoga flow by a Hikyoga certified yoga teacher. It is offered many times during the day.
Since space in these seminars is limited, we advise purchasing your ticket as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

We provide a range of seminars and events led by amazing regional specialists, from mindset talks to kid-friendly activities. Join a class with a buddy to pick up a new skill or showcase your existing knowledge!

Festival Parking will be at Highbanks Recreation Area. From there you will be directed to check, then right into the festival!
