On August 5 and 6, 2023, the Ocean City Taco Festival will occupy the Ocean City Convention Centre. The top restaurants and food trucks in the region will be dishing up their incredible taco masterpieces ($4 tacos), and there will also be mariachi, cover bands, DJs, a tequila expo area, margarita bars, a kids’ play area, and other live entertainment.

WHAT TO AIM FOR

At this event, more than 20 of the greatest eateries and food vendors in the neighbourhood will be serving up a variety of $4 tacos (available in voucher sheets of 5 for $20). Taco coupons are available for purchase at voucher kiosks scattered around the festival grounds, and they may be used to buy any kind of cuisine. Each vendor will provide two things from their menu for the price of one coupon ($4). There will be more vendors there to provide more choices, including cotton candy, ice cream, cakes, sweets, and more! (meal sellers ONLY take meal coupons; they DO NOT accept cash).

There will be bars and beverage stands selling ice-cold beer, water, soda, tequila flights, and more! To reduce wait times, shorten lines, and speed up the procedure, ALL BARS ACCEPT ONLY CASH. There will be many ATMs on-site, however we highly advise visitors to bring cash since there won’t be any credit card transactions.

BEVERAGES & TICKET VOUCHER SYSTEM: The festival’s grounds will include kiosks that accept vouchers for all food-related purchases. To get tacos, corn on the cob, nachos and other items, just purchase taco vouchers ($4 each, offered in sheets of 5 for $20) at any of the stations. A small number of vendors will sell some upscale expensive tacos and burritos for two vouchers ($8), while every vendor will provide at least two items from their menu for one voucher ($4). The payment methods for all alcoholic drinks will be cash and credit. Although there will be ATMs on site, we strongly recommend cash sales to speed up the process overall.

KIDS TICKETS:

This event will be enjoyable for the whole family, and kids under 10 are admitted free!

Signups for the TACO & HOT CHILLI PEPPER EATING CONTEST will be available shortly, and the winners will get prizes & bragging rights!

All tickets bought for The Ocean City Taco Festival are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. This event is held inside and outside rain or shine and WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Tickets will be transferred to the new date if this event is postponed for any reason, including but not limited to venue issues beyond our control, governmental actions, acts of God, hazardous or other dangerous weather/environmental conditions, strikes, local emergencies, etc.
