About this Poetry Lounge Sunday

No other event in H-Town has the dazzling wit of seasoned wordsmiths and neighbourhood legends Dr. Bar None and Se7en the Poet, in addition to a plethora of gifted performers that continue to flame the mic and leave audiences craving more. Not to be outdone, DJ El Guapo runs the turntables between breathtaking passages of poetry, bringing the party and the poetry to life.
Every Sunday, there are two programmes: Doors open at 1pm for the early show; the concert begins at 2pm. The late show’s doors open at 6 p.m., and it begins at 7 p.m.
