Rawayana – LIVE in Wynwood
One of the most well-liked bands in Latin America, RAWAYANA, has announced the first leg of its “Quién Trae Las Cornetas?” World Tour. In promotion of their new song, they will perform in over 40 cities in North America, Central America, and South America during the tour.
“Binikini (feat. Danny Ocean)” and “Dame Un Break” are the two new singles that Rawayana has so far made available in 2023. Both singles have been the most popular releases in Rawayana’s career to date. A number of new singles will be released before the release of their upcoming album later this year.
With their powerful live performances and unique combination of reggae, funk, soul, rock, and Caribbean rhythms, RAWAYANA, who are originally from Venezuela, have established themselves as one of Latin America’s most intriguing performers.
Rawayana has so far put out four studio albums, including Rawayanaland (2013) and Licencia Para Ser Libre (2011). 2016’s Trippy Caribbean and 2021’s Cuando Los Acéfalos Predominan. Following the release of their third album Trippy Caribbean, the band received a nomination for Best New Artist at the 18th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards. Akapella, Danny Ocean, Natalia Lafourcade, Los Amigos Invisibles, Cultura Profetica, Alvaro Diaz, Elena Rose, and others have all worked with them on a number of significant projects.
BUSCABULLA SPECIAL GUEST PERFORMANCE
The explosive pop combo Luis Alfredo del Valle and Raquel Berrios will take part in the excitement at The Wynwood Marketplace. Buscabulla, a Puerto Rican band, is well-known across the world for its distinctive combination of textured vocals, snappy basslines, and 90s reggaeton influences. Their Regresa, the artist’s debut album, was released on May 8, 2020 and has major collaborations with Helado Negro, Nick Hakim, and Nydia Car. They also worked with Bad Bunny in 2022 on the song “Andrea” off his album Un Verano Sin Ti.
