Q.Will participants arriving by car or bicycle do so on the same day?
A.No. No same-day load-in will be accepted.

Q.Do merchants get tables and chairs?
A.There are no tables or chairs available. Each vendor is responsible for supplying their own tables, chairs, and tent. (10 x 10 Tent is Acceptable)

Q.The VIP Mixer is when.
A.Party with the Boss starts at 7 o’clock. This will take place at PromiseLand after the car show.

Q.Refunds?
A.Every ticket purchase is final and non-refundable. All registrations for cars and bikes are final and non-refundable. All food vendors’ registration fees are nonrefundable and final.

Q.What time is load-in?
A.June 1st, 2023, from 9 am to 8 pm 2 June 2023, Friday, 9 am–8 pm

Q.Are health permits necessary for vendors?
A.Yes, we will contact you to arrange for the application to be completed so that we may submit it on your behalf. The registration cost already includes the special event insurance as well as the permit charge.

Q.Is insurance a requirement for becoming a vendor?
The insurance will be handled and paid for by us as the cost is already included in your registration.
