Our Guarantee in Inclement Weather EVENTS RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED:

If an event is postponed or cancelled for any reason, including bad weather, we will provide you with a discount code good for a pair of tickets at half price. This discount code can be used for a full year of our monthly Sunset Vibes parties. A refund will be made available to ticket purchasers if the event is canceled.

Vista’s massive outdoor patio at The Strand & Pier Plaza is the perfect place to enjoy a meal, a drink, or a dance as the sun sets over the Pacific Ocean.

Discounted drinks ($5 draught beers, $5 Tequila Seltzers, and $10 Margaritas with headphones and wristband)! Don’t hesitate to inquire about our daily specials with your server.

Sunset Vibes @ Vista is proud to welcome a wide range of people, from families with young children to ravers and ragers, to seniors, and people of all races and gender identities.

Expenditure on food and drink must meet minimum requirements. Silent disco admission (headphones) are available for purchase independently.

TO BE LOOKED FOR:

– Four to five DJs (and maybe live musicians) will be playing on five stages at once, providing a wide range of electronic dance music (EDM), house music (House), disco (Disco), hip hop (Hip Hop), pop (Pop), and remixes (Pop) from the 1970s to the present.

At the front desk, you’ll find our high-quality headphones waiting for you (sanitized for your safety).

With the touch of a button, you can switch between the headphones’ five available channels. If you want to see what other people are jamming to, just look at the hue of the glowing channels. The choice is yours, Vibe.

Please feel free to disperse, walk, and dance wherever within the headphones’ range of around 1/4 mile in any direction, including the beach, the pier, and the plaza. (Please be aware that radio frequency interference may affect the usable range of headphones.)

Everyone will look like they’re made of neon thanks to the expert lighting and intense black lights at this Neon Wonderland.

Packing List:

We require a $50 “Authorization” / Deposit (per headset) on your credit or debit card as a condition of borrowing our headphones; this amount will be promptly “Voided” upon check-out and return. Please be aware that it may take your bank or credit union anywhere from 5-10 business days (up to 2 weeks) to process the $50 authorisation and release the funds to your account (but your card is not actually charged).

You can expect an email from Eventbrite containing a QR code and a ticket to the event.

Bring your dance shoes and lots of warm clothing.

Toys that shine in the dark and use neon light (sorry, no fire dancing allowed)

OUR MISSION AND CODE OF CONDUCT:

The values of compassion, solidarity, and teamwork are vital to who we are.

Kindness and respect must be shown to everyone. Many lovely ladies just want to dance, and this event provides a safe place for them to do so, making it a perfect community gathering. Hey dude, just smile and give her some space if she doesn’t want to talk to you.

ALCOHOL:

The patio of Vista’s restaurant is private property, so please respect that when attending the event. In other words, NO BYOB (Bring Your Own Beer). Any violators will be asked to leave without a refund. You are not allowed to take any alcoholic beverages off the premises. AVOID DRIVING AFTER DRINKING.

CREDITS AND REFUNDS:

If you seek a refund at least 7 days before to the event, you will receive a full refund of the face value of your tickets. Expenses incurred through Eventbrite are final. You may also ask for a credit good for any future Sunset Vibes At Vista event (valid for up to a year). If you need a refund, you must request it at least seven days before the event you paid for. For refunds or credits to be processed, please allow up to one week.

Is it necessary  .

to be over the age of 21 to attend?

Yes, all IDs will be examined at the gate, no exceptions. If you are under the age of 21, please do not purchase a ticket.

Are children permitted to attend the event?

There are no children. Call the babysitter ahead of time!
