About this  Taste of Sunnyside 2023

The Sunnyside, Queens, restaurant crawl in 2023 will highlight the neighborhood’s many culinary offerings. Come explore New York City’s best-kept secrets!

The Taste of Sunnyside, an outdoor restaurant crawl honouring the tenacity of this distinctive neighbourhood, is back and better than ever with a vast selection of cuisine, beer & wine selections, and live entertainment.

You may sample the flavours of Latin American, Italian, French, Asian, and Middle Eastern cuisines during our annual food crawl. (See the list of participating restaurants we are compiling below.)

The check-in locations are Bliss Plaza at 46th Street and Queens Boulevard or Lowery Plaza, which is located beneath the elevated 7 line. You will receive a wristband at check-in that entitles you to everything as part of your ticket.

You will be given a crawl map to direct you along the stops and a tasting portion at each participating establishment. All along the route, tram service is available.

How does it truly function?

A: You can only obtain special food and/or drink samples at each bar or restaurant you visit with your printed card; alcohol will require a wristband. There are enjoyable social media games that you may play without having to participate. The majority of our participating restaurants provide their samples in an open-air fashion from in front of their stores. A map will be supplied, either in paper upon check-in or electronically HERE.
