What you need to know about this Shoe Fest Music
Outdoor music and camping event Shoe Fest takes place during Labor Day Weekend at Illinois’ Camp Shaw-Waw-Nas-See near Manteno.
Since its inception in 2011, Shoe Fest has only become bigger and better. There are three stages during the event, and all of them include roots music including folk, folk rock, bluegrass, and jamband.
WARNING: IMPORTANT DETAILS
On Friday, September 2, 2022, at 10 a.m. Central Standard Time, the gates of Shoe Fest will open to the public.
Friday through Sunday, the Box Office will be open from 10am to 12am. On Saturday, it will be open from 9am to 12am. A festival wristband may ONLY be obtained during the specified Box Office Hours.
Glass of any sort is not permitted at Shoe Fest, and all cars entering the grounds will be subject to a search.
There is no admission fee for children 12 and under to attend Shoe Fest.
Shoe Fest is not a “camp in your car” event; rather, attendees must park their vehicles in one of the festival’s designated lots before setting up camp.
Eventbrite, on behalf of Shoe Fest, will send a confirmation email when you buy a ticket. You should look in your spam or junk mail bin for your purchase confirmation if you haven’t already. Get in touch with Eventbrite’s support team here if you still don’t have the email.
Nothing may be returned or exchanged after a sale has been made.
Performers and set times are subject to alteration.
No cancellations due to weather conditions; event will go on as planned.
You can’t get into the festival grounds with your RV or cabin pass without also having a 3-day, Saturday/Sunday, Sunday-only, or volunteer pass.
A festival wristband may be traded in for a 3-day, Sat/Sun, Sunday-only, or volunteer pass.
Lost r stolen tickets will not be replaced by Shoe Fest.
This year’s Shoe Fest will go on no matter the weather. This is not a concert ticket; rather, it is valid for the day(s) and event(s) for which you have registered (Saturday, Sunday, both days, RV Pass, Cabin, or Volunteer Deposit) at Shoe Fest Day Camping and Music.
Schedule changes, cancelled performances, bad weather, and other unforeseen circumstances will not result in a refund. Schedule and lineup of performing artists are subject to change.
Those who purchase tickets acknowledge that they will be attending a camping event in its natural setting.
Those with tickets understand that environmental factors, such as camping and weather, might increase the likelihood of serious injury or even death, and that they do so at their own risk.
The bearer of this ticket knowingly and willingly acknowledges all risks and hazard associated with attending, participating in, preparing for, attending, or travelling to the event for which this ticket is provided, including, but not limited to, the risk of catching and/or transmitting the COVID-19 virus.
By purchasing a ticket to attend Shoe Fest, you agree to release Shoe Fest LLC, Northern Illinois Camp Association, Camp Shaw-Waw-Nas- See, and any other parties from liability for any injuries, illnesses, or deaths that may occur during the event.
If Shoe Fest is cancelled, ticket refunds will be given at the discretion of the event’s organisers.
There will be a refund page set up at www.shoe-fest.com.
If the event were to be cancelled, all three days would have to be scrapped.
The event is not considered postponed if even a single day of it takes place, in whole or in part.
Tickets/wristbands will be honoured for the rescheduled event date, but no refunds will be given if the event is postponed and rescheduled within three months of the original date.
This ticket/wristband is nonrefundable (unless in the case of concert cancellation, as described above) and has no monetary value.
If this ticket or wristband was given to you for free, it cannot be redeemed for cash. There will be no cancellations or date changes, and tickets cannot be exchanged.
In other words, you can’t use it without permission.
Each ticket holder must comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and CDC regulations and policies for Covid-19.
The event will not provide a refund for any Covid-19-related rules or precautions that were in effect at the time. The rules for Covid-19 may be revised at any time.
Wristbands/tickets purchased via unofficial channels may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit.
This ticket/wristband is non-replaceable in the event of loss, destruction, or theft. IF YOU PROCEED WITH THIS PURCHASE, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THIS TICKET PURCHASE POLICY.
To reduce the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak, Shoe Fest will collaborate with state and local health authorities to implement the latest advice and best practises.
