The National Photography Gala

On November 10th, there will be a second chance to attend the opulent British Photography Awards, which will be held in the elegant ballroom of the Dorchester on Park Lane in the heart of London. From the champagne reception and delectable cuisine to the brilliant awards programme and 19 category photography display, followed by our legendary afterparty till 2am. This opulent British establishment undoubtedly has something to offer everyone.

The stunning 2023 national picture exhibition will have the Dorchester as its spectacular background. The Dorchester has recently undergone historic renovations for this year.

The British Photography Awards: Who Attends?

Celebrities, actors from cinema and television, politicians, association leaders, distinguished judges, curators, collectors, honorees, academics, volunteers from charitable organisations, sponsors, and journalists all show up to our events to celebrate the outstanding work of the British photographic industry.

A great chance to interact with the top photographers while also giving back to charity. Our Early Bird reduced tickets are ideal as an early Christmas present, a surprise for a friend who is a photographer, or just as a justification for a group get-together!

Making Donations to The Prince’s Trust

Each ticket sold will result in a donation of £5 to The Prince’s Trust, which helps young people change their lives. The Prince’s Trust is a registered charity with Royal Charters in Scotland (SC041198) and England and Wales (1079675). Learn more about their amazing work here.

Cocktails and Canapés

Enjoy canapés and mouthwatering bowl meals delivered straight from the world-famous chefs of the Dorchester throughout the night until 2AM. We also have an unlimited selection of cocktails and bar selections. What else is going on at BPA2023? This is one of the best destinations in the world to experience some of the most lavish hospitality.

Our gala exhibition, which now features 19 categories, has even more to intrigue and enthral. We are eager to see everything, including compelling reportage, breathtaking vistas of our world, and photographs of people, objects, and various animals.

When to Reserve

We are a national cultural exhibition, therefore everyone is welcome; nevertheless, there are only a certain number of Public Tickets available. Following the sale of all publicly accessible tickets, we will be sold out, barring any last-minute cancellations, just like in prior years. However, there is no assurance that there will be any cancellation allocations, so whether you’re planning a special date night, a vacation with friends, or a Christmas gift for your favourite photographer, we advise making reservations to prevent disappointment.

All public ticket purchases are provided inclusive of VAT fees due to The Photography Awards Limited’s status as a VAT-registered business (312452050). VAT receipts are offered upon request.

Each year, our nonprofit competition helps some crucial causes and provides money for 20 important UK organisations.
