doors unlock at 1:00 PM Pouring begins at 1:30 and stops at 4:30.
No one under the age of 21 will be allowed in.
Pets are not permitted inside the event (service animals are the only exception).
Tickets cost $65 at the door on the day of the event and $55 in advance. $100 in advance for VIP tickets, $120 at the door.
No ice chests or other exterior containers are permitted.
A member of Rotary International, which has more than 1.2 million members worldwide, is the South Placer Rotary. The Rotary Club is committed to the principle of “Service Above Self”. Rotarians support local, national, and worldwide charities as a way of giving back to the community. Currently, the South Placer Rotary Club is engaged in community service projects including our annual “Hooked on Fishing” outing with area elementary school kids; literacy development via the yearly distribution of dictionaries to third graders at a nearby elementary school; and more. The delivery of Christmas gift bags to nearby impoverished school children; the giving of scholarships to deserving local high school seniors; the sponsoring of three Interact Clubs at Rocklin area high schools; and many more commendable initiatives that may come our way during the year.

Important information: Brewfest doors open at 1:00 p.m. Pouring takes place from 1:30 to 4:30. By doing this, instead of having to wait in queue for the first 10 to 15 minutes to enter, our customers are processed through the door and may enjoy the whole three hours of sampling.
Is a valid ID or a certain age required to attend the event?
Only those who are 21 or older. At the entrance, each ID is examined.
What alternatives do I have for travelling to and from the event in terms of parking and transportation?
Around the event, parking is free. However, we strongly advise using ride-hailing services like Uber and Lyft or authorised drivers.
What are the return guidelines?
Up to 24 hours before to the event, we will provide a refund. On June 3rd at 1:00.
Is my printed ticket required to be brought to the event?
Either your printed ticket or the ticket on your phone are required.
Tickets for designated drivers are available at will call.

In order to ensure the security of our attendees, vendors, employees, and volunteers, the Rocklin Brewfest and the Rotary Club of South Placer closely follow the most recent information released by the state and local authorities. We shall abide by any safety regulations that are in effect at the time of the event.
Purchasers of tickets will get explicit information about any new criteria that may be introduced as the event draws closer. Updates may be found on this website, on our social media sites, and by joining our email list.

Any public area where people congregate has a risk of exposure to COVID-19 and its variations, and no safety measures can completely remove that danger. By participating in The Rocklin Brewfest, you willingly undertake all risks and responsibilities associated with exposure to COVID-19, which may result in serious sickness and death. You also explicitly agree to abide by any and all regulations and safety precautions established by the event organisers. Additionally, you agree to release the City of Rocklin, the County of Placer, The Rocklin Brewfest, The Rotary Club of South Placer, and any associated businesses from any current or future claims arising out of such risks.
